Thank you for your interest in my services in helping you reach your real estate goals. I would like to you to know that you will be in very capable hands in what can sometimes be a very emotional and complicated transaction. My job is to relieve you of this stress, deliver a successful result and hopefully provide a little fun along the way. I work solely off referrals, so my goal is for you to become an advocate for my business for life. Therefore, I will work tirelessly to exceed all of your expectations.
I understand that I am only as good as the people that surround me. I have a tremendous team with the Woodhouse Group that helps coordinate transactions and provides a wealth of experience if and when the unexpected pops up. I have a dedicated and talented team of inspectors, contractors, landscapers, house cleaners, mortgage professionals, title companies, CPA’s, attorneys (hopefully not needed!), home staging, photography, and a nationwide network to market your home to people inside and outside of Idaho.
A bit of my background: I grew up in the construction business. I worked my way through college by working construction during the day and attending night classes. It took 7 years, but I graduated from the University of Alaska-Anchorage with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance; I know how to work hard and I will not quit until the goals are met.
In my professional career, I have had the opportunity to lead hundreds of people from all different socio-economic backgrounds. I have learned how to interact, motivate, and work with people to get the job done. I have started, purchased and sold businesses, real estate, leases and investment properties. I have successfully negotiated multi-million dollar deals for myself and others. I know what it feels like to be the buyer and the seller. I know how get deals done.
On the personal side, I have been married for 25 years and still going strong. We have flourished through thick and thin and I hit the lottery when she said “Yes”. Being a father of 2 kids is both the biggest reward of my life and at times the most maddening! But they are both awesome and are my everything. My hobbies and interests revolve around my family and the outdoors; from fishing, hunting, horseback riding, camping, golfing, boating, paddle boarding, or just soaking up the summer sun and of course Boise State football!
